1.    Self-Care: Take a break, walk outside, and enjoy some fresh air. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier. Make a gratitude list of what is right in your life now. Close your eyes for 15 seconds and just breathe, let all thoughts go away. Wash your hair.

2.    Diet & Exercise: Start a workout routine. Try Yoga. Make at least one healthy eating habit change a month.

3.    Digital Cleanse: Have a one phone free evening a week. No social media until you do a task on your to do list. Go through your phone and delete apps you don’t use, old notes, and load pictures from your phone.

4.    Be Positive: Have a No Complaint Day. Compliment a total stranger. Write down 3 positive things that happened this week. When you have a negative thought about yourself, others, or situations, replace it with positive good thoughts.
